Responsibilities:
Pattern Layout, Project Scheduling, BOM and ECN Maintenance This position is responsible for leading BOM, Pattern Layout, managing the Project Tracker and providing ECN maintenance.
Candidate will be additionally be responsible for implementing and maintaining proper documentation for cut markers, project schedules and ECN's.
Position Description Provides support for engineering, production and purchasing.
Produces sewn cover layout sheets to guide sewing sequence.
Drives the project tracking process by providing the necessary leadership to ensure timelines are met.
Creates and helps manage new part number requests.
Modify the BOM as directed by Engineering Change Notice (ECN) as supplied by manufacturing.
Conduct root cause analysis and document results for recurring issues with BOMs and parts in the BOM.
Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner Skills and Knowledge Functional knowledge of how to use Sage MAS.
5
years' experience in Materials Management, Manufacturing, or related areas.
Functional knowledge of BOM, PFEP and use in a manufacturing environment.
Highly organized and effective in managing multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint Job Type:
